Hand care tips

I think we should also talk about hand care, especially in winter, but this is necessary in all seasons. Especially for those who have problematic skin on their hands and nails.
I have a guest who has very dry skin, cracks and also has problems with the cuticle, because it is very thick and takes a long time to fix it properly, and I am not talking about the skin between the nails, but the layer of skin on the fingers around the nail.
For us nail technicians, it takes 5 minutes to fix this, even with professional tools, because we have to handle it very gently so as not to cause damage, and we should not thin the skin too much, because if we go too rough, then just like in the case of the feet, twice as much will grow back in its place. And if we do not fix it properly, the guest will not be satisfied with the result.
But you can also help with this by consciously paying attention to your skin in such cases. Use a suitable cream daily, if not at other times, at least before going to bed, apply a shea butter or argan oil care cream to your hands thoroughly and massage it into your nails, and there are also cuticle care oils that are not expensive, but they help a lot if you rub them well into the skin of your hands and nails, both on the sides and not just on the edges.
Another thing we can help with and I recommend that you take advantage of the opportunity if it is available is paraffin hand care.
It is recommended in all seasons, but especially in winter! It has wonderful effects, among other things it softens the skin nicely and the vitamins can be absorbed thoroughly, which has a much more intense effect.
This hand care method can also be used with artificial nails.
I really like it, I use it on my feet and I also use it on guests who have problematic skin, as I wrote above.
